    Bart Spanhove - Chief Empathy Officer

    After my training as a translator I worked for more than 35 years in an international environment.

    I held numerous management positions both at home and abroad. At this point in time I am self employed, offering my knowledge and experience to third companies and organizations

     

    Inspired by the three elements below and in support of my mission and vision, I have developed a formula. By putting it into practice, companies will boost their employees’ engagement which will help them to achieve their objectives more easily:

    • My experience as a people manager, culture champion and possibilist
    • Always look at the world with an open mind and full of wonder
    • Having been inspired by many people who, day after day, gave and give the best of themselves to make the world a better place, despite everything
